9. Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Items are sent via Royal Mail or an equivalent service. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 working days, but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by postal disruptions or other external factors.

10. Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, email hello@pincrediblebadges.com with your order number. You must return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Returns and Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
