Whether you’re ordering one pin or filling your basket with a whole set, you’ll never pay extra for standard delivery. It’s just one of the ways we try to make shopping with us as easy and stress-free as possible.

Delivered by Royal Mail

All our badges are packed up carefully and sent via Royal Mail, the UK’s most trusted delivery service. We use standard post, so your parcel will come straight through your letterbox – no need to wait in or sign for anything.

Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days, though it can sometimes be quicker depending on where you live. If you’ve placed your order before lunchtime on a weekday, we’ll usually have it packed and posted the same day. Orders placed later in the afternoon or on weekends will be sent out the next working day.

What if it doesn’t arrive?

Lost parcels are rare, but if your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, just get in touch with us. We’ll be happy to look into it and sort it out for you. We want every customer to get the badge they paid for – and we’ll always fix it if something goes wrong.

Why Free Shipping?

We know how annoying it can be when you’re about to check out and suddenly there’s a delivery fee added on. It might only be a couple of pounds, but it can make a difference – and it just feels like a bit of a sting. That’s why we’ve made the decision to include delivery in the price of the badge.

Can I Track My Order?

Because we use standard Royal Mail post, there’s no tracking number as standard. However, if you’d prefer tracked delivery, drop us a message before ordering and we can arrange it for a small extra cost. This is useful if you’re in a rush or want the extra peace of mind.
